This invention relates to novel Δ1-pyrrolines of formula(I) in which R1, R2, Y and R3 are as defined in the disclosure, to a number of processes for preparing these substances, and to their use for controlling pests.

- in which
- R1is halogen or methyl,
- R2 is hydrogen or halogen,
- Y is O or S, and
- R3 is C1–C4-alkyl, C3–C6-cycloalkyl, or C3–C6-cycloalkyl-C1–C2-alkyl.
