Abstract
A sheet feeding apparatus is provided with a sheet stacking device for stacking sheets thereon, a sheet feeding device for feeding the sheets stacked on the sheet stacking device, and a heating device for heating the sheets stacked on the sheet stacking device. The heating device is designed such that of the heat generating areas of the heating device, the heating value of the heat generating area for the central portion of the sheets stacked on the sheet stacking device is greater than the heating values of the other heat generating areas.
Claims13
A sheet feeding apparatus comprising:
- sheet stacking means on which sheets are stacked;
- sheet feeding means for feeding the sheets stacked on said sheet stacking means;
- and
- heating means for heating the sheets stacked on said sheet stacking means,
- wherein a heat distribution of said heating means is designed such that a temperature of an area of said heating means facing a central portion of the sheets stacked on said sheet stacking means is higher than a temperature of the other area of said heating means facing the other portion of the sheets.
An image forming apparatus comprising:
- sheet stacking means on which sheets are stacked;
- sheet feeding means for feeding the sheets stacked on said sheet stacking means;
- heating means for heating the sheets stacked on said sheet stacking means;
- and
- an image forming portion for forming images on the sheets fed by said sheet feeding means,
- wherein a heat distribution of said heating means is designed such that a temperature of an area of said heating means facing a central portion of the sheets stacked on said sheet stacking means is higher than a temperature of the other area of said heating means facing the other portions of the sheets.
A sheet feeding apparatus comprising:
- a sheet tray on which sheets are stacked;
- a sheet feeding roller which feeds the sheets stacked on said sheet tray;
- and
- a heater, which heats the sheets stacked on said sheet tray,
- wherein a heat distribution of said heater is designed such that a temperature of an area of said sheet tray faced to a central portion of the sheets stacked on said sheet tray is higher than a temperature of the other area of said heater faced to the other portion of the sheets.
A sheet feeding apparatus comprising:
- a sheet tray on which sheets are stacked;
- a sheet feeding roller which feeds the sheets stacked on said sheet tray;
- and
- a heater, which heats the sheets stacked on said sheet tray,
- wherein said heater generates heat along diagonals of the sheets stacked on said sheet tray.
