Abstract
A water soluble, essentially water-free ubichinon concentrate is described, which contains an emulsifier with an HLB value between 9 and 16, ubichinon Q10, as well as a light oil containing triglyceride. Furthermore, a method for producing the concentrate is described.

A water soluble, essentially water-free ubiquinone concentrate comprising ubiquinone Q10, a light oil containing triglycerides, and an emulsifier with an HLB value between 9 and 16, which emulsifier is a polysorbate and is present in a content of at least about 73 weight % of the total weight of the concentrate.
