A method of treating supranuclear palsy in mammals comprising administering to the mammal a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula (2):
- and isomers thereof, stereoisomeric forms thereof, or mixtures of stereoisomeric forms thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salt forms thereof, wherein:
- Ar is 2,3-dihydrobenzofuranyl;
- R1 is CN;
- R1 is H;
- and
- R14 is C3–C10 alkynyl.
