Abstract
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of an optional supporting substrate, a hole blocking layer thereover, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein the hole blocking layer is comprised of at least one copolymer of an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane and a silane.
Claims28
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of an optional supporting substrate, a hole blocking layer thereover, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein the hole blocking layer is comprised of at least one copolymer of an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane and a silane, wherein said silane is a monoalkoxy, a dialkoxy, a trialkoxy, or a tetralkoxy silane.
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of a supporting substrate, a hole blocking layer thereover, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein the hole blocking layer is comprised of at least one copolymer of an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane, and an aminodialkyldialkoxysilane, and wherein said aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane is a 3-aminopropyltrialkoxysilane, and said aminodialkyl dialkoxysilane is 3-aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane.
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of an optional supporting substrate, a hole blocking layer thereover, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein the hole blocking layer is comprised of a copolymer of an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane, and a dialkoxydialkylsilane, and wherein said aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane is a 3-aminopropyltrialkoxysilane, and said dialkoxy dialkylsilane is diethoxydimethylsilane.
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of an optional supporting substrate, a hole blocking layer thereover, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein the hole blocking layer is comprised of at least one copolymer of an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane and a silane, and wherein said copolymer is of the formula
- wherein n, m, o, p and q represent the number or mole percent of each segment, and each R is selected from the group consisting of alkyl and aryl.
