Abstract
Improved ophthalmological surgical methods, systems and devices, employing a colorant.
Claims19
A method for providing an indocyanine green colorant for ophthalmological surgery, comprising the steps of:
- a. providing an indocyanine green colorant in a first chamber;
- b. providing an aqueous diluent for the indocyanine green colorant in a second chamber;
- c. providing a third chamber, external of both the first and second chambers, for mixing the indocyanine green colorant with the aqueous diluent to form an admixture;
- d. mixing the indocyanine green colorant with the aqueous diluent in said third chamber to form the admixture;
- and
- e. administering the admixture into a patient.
