3,4-dihydroquinoline derivatives, a process for their production and their use in pharmaceutical agents.
Claims10
A compound of formula I,
- wherein
- R1 and R2 are, independently of one another, hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, OR7, NR7R8, CN, acyl, CO2R9, CONR7R8 or CSNR7R8,
- R3 is a saturated or unsaturated C1-5 alkylene radical, which is optionally substituted in 1 to 4 places with OR7, NR11R12 or C1-4 alkyl and which is optionally bridged with a methano, ethano or propano group
- R4 is C1-4 alkyl substituted with NR14R15,
- R5 is hydrogen, halogen, OR7, C1-4 alkyl, CF3, or OCF3,
- or, R4 and R5 optionally together with 2 adjacent carbon atoms form a C3–C4 alkylene moiety optionally substituted in one or two places with NR14R15,
- R6 is Hydrogen, halogen, OR7, C1-4 alkyl, CF3, or OCF3,
- R7, R18
- and R19 are, independently of one another, Hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl or C6-10 aryl, which optionally is substituted with halogen or C1-4 alkyl,
- R8, R11
- and R12 are, independently of one another, Hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl or C6-10 aryl, which optionally is substituted with halogen or C1-4 alkyl, COR10, CO2R10, CONR18R19 or CSNR18R19,
- R9, R10
- and R20 are, independently of one another, C1-6 alkyl or C6-10 aryl, which optionally is substituted with halogen or C1-4 alkyl,
- R14 and R15 are, independently of one another, Hydrogen, CO2R20 or C1-6 alkyl, which optionally is substituted with halogen, hydroxy, C1-4 alkoxy, nitro, amino, C1-6 alkyl, trifluoromethyl, carboxyl, cyano, carboxamido, C3-7 cycloalkyl, indanyl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthyl, C6-10 aryl, wherein the aryl radical is optionally substituted with halogen, hydroxy, C1-4 alkoxy, C1-4 alkyl, CF3, NO2, NH2, N(C1-4 alkyl)2 or carboxyl, and
- n is 0, 1 or 2,
- or a tautomeric or isomeric form of or a salt of a compound of formula I.
