Abstract
An electronic assembly is described, having a substrate and contacts on the substrate which are spaced and arranged in a manner that allows for a more dense arrangement of contacts but still allows for routing of traces between the contacts.
Claims4
An electronic assembly, comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- contacts with center points in rows and columns on the substrate, wherein the columns are spaced between 1.05 and 1.15 mm from one another, and the rows are spaced between 1.05 and 1.15 mm from one another, at least some of the rows being closer to one another than the columns.
