Abstract
A purified neurotrophin, NT-7, including nucleic acid sequences encoding neurotrophin-7 isolated from Cyprinus carpio (carp) is described along with compositions derived therefrom.
Claims2
An essentially purified neurotrophin of carp, carp NT-7 having neurotrophic activity and an amino acid sequence comprising SEQ ID NO. 1.
A composition of an essentially purified neurotrophin of carp, carp NT-7 having neurotrophic activity, comprising:
- a carrier;
- and an amino acid sequence comprising SEQ ID NO. 1.
