Abstract
Pharmaceutical compositions useful for treating autoimmune diseases in a mammal comprising as an active ingredient a therapeutically effective amount of Copolymer 1, and microcrystalline cellulose are disclosed. Processes for the manufacture of such compositions are also disclosed.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising as an active ingredient a therapeutically effective amount of glatiramer acetate, an amount of microcrystalline cellulose in excess of 50% by weight of the composition and an enteric coating.
A pharmaceutical composition in solid form comprising as an active ingredient a therapeutically effective amount of glatiramer acetate, 70%–80% by weight of microcrystalline cellulose, and an enteric coating.
