Abstract
Compounds of the formula wherein R1 is alkyl and R2 is alkenyl, alkynyl, allenyl or cyanoalkyl, n is 0 or 1, k is an integer from 1 to 3, X is —(CH2)m— and m is 0 or 1; and pharmaceutical salts thereof useful for inhibiting NO synthases and/or monoamine oxydases.

A compound of the formula
- wherein R1 is alkyl and R2 is selected from the group consisting of alkenyl, alkynyl, allenyl and cyanoalkyl,
- R3 hydrogen
- A is thiophene and
- X is —(CH2)m— and m is 0 or 1;
- or a pharmaceutical salt thereof.
