Abstract
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of a hole blocking layer, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein the hole blocking layer is generated from a solution of a metal alkyloxide, an amino alkylsilane, an aminoalkoxy silane or an aminoalkyl alkoxy silane, a polymer binder, and an organic solvent.
Claims31
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of a hole blocking layer, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer,
- wherein the hole blocking layer is generated from a solution of a titanium alkyloxide, a polymer binder, and an organic solvent, and a silane selected from the group consisting of amino alkylsilane, aminoalkoxy silane and aminoalkyl alkoxy silane.
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of an optional supporting substrate, a hole blocking layer, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein the hole blocking layer is comprised of a titanium alkyloxide, an amino silane, and an optional polymer binder.
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of a supporting substrate, a hole blocking layer, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer,
- wherein the hole blocking layer is comprised of titanium isopropoxide, 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, and a polymer binder;
- wherein said binder is poly(methyl methacrylate), poly(vinyl chloride-co-vinyl acetate-co-vinyl alcohol), or a poly(vinyl butyral);
- and wherein the hole blocking layer has a thickness of from about 15 to about 30 microns.
