Abstract
Pharmaceutical compositions containing plant essential oil compounds, natural or synthetic, or mixtures or derivatives thereof, with one or more signal transduction modulators, for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
Claims3
A method for treating breast cancer comprising:
- administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising:
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a pharmaceutically effective amount of an active ingredient comprising eugenol and forskolin.
A method for inhibiting the growth of breast cancer cells comprising applying to a population of the breast cancer cells, for a sufficient time to observe inhibition of growth in said breast cancer cells, an effective amount of a composition comprising eugenol and forskolin.
