Abstract
A clutch system for a transmission with one clutch (1) which comprises one disc carrier (3) and one servo mechanism (10) situated within the disc carrier (3) with dynamic pressure balance for actuating the clutch (1) and with a planet carrier of a planetary gear set (26) the spider plate (27) of which abuts in axial direction on a pressure balance space (15) of the dynamic pressure balance of the servo mechanism (10). It is proposed that the spider plate (27) be non-torsionally connected with the disc carrier (3) and be axially fixed via a locking element (31) on the disc carrier (3) in a manner such that the servo mechanism (10) is prestressed against the disc carrier (3) by the axial fixing of the spider plate (27).
Claims20
A clutch system for a transmission with a clutch (1), the clutch system comprising:
- a disc carrier (3);
- and
- a servo mechanism (10) situated within said disc carrier (3) and the servo mechanism (10) having dynamic pressure balance for actuating said clutch (1), a spider plate (27) supporting at least one planet shaft of a planetary gearset (26), the spider plate (27) forming an axial end wall for a pressure balance space (15) of said dynamic pressure balance of said servo mechanism (10),
- wherein said spider plate (27) is non-torsionally connected with said disc carrier (3) and, via a locking element (31), is axially fixed on said disc carrier (3) in a manner such that said servo mechanism (10) is prestressed against said disc carrier (3) by a cup spring (13), the cup spring (13) having an radially inner circumferential edge engaging with the servo mechanism (10) and a radially outer circumferential edge engaging with said spider plate (27).
A clutch system for a transmission with one clutch (1) comprising:
- a disc carrier (3);
- and
- a servo mechanism (10) situated within said disc carrier (3) and the servo mechanism (10) having dynamic pressure balance for actuating the clutch (1), a spider plate (27) supporting at least one planet shaft of a planetary gearset (26), the spider plate (27) at least partially defining a pressure balance space (15) of the dynamic pressure balance of said servo mechanism (10);
- the spider plate (27) is non-torsionally connected with the disc carrier (3) and is axially fixed to said disc carrier (3), via a locking element (31), in a manner such that the servo mechanism (10) is prestressed against the disc carrier (3) by the axial fixing of the spider plate (27);
- and
- one recoil spring (13) of said servo mechanism (10), which acts upon a piston (11) of said servo mechanism (10), is directly supported by a baffle plate of said pressure balance space (15) which is stationary relative to said spider plate (27), and said baffle plate is directly supported by said spider plate (27).
A clutch system for a transmission with one clutch (1) comprising:
- a disc carrier (3);
- and
- a servo mechanism (10) situated within said disc carrier (3) and the servo mechanism (10) having dynamic pressure balance for actuating the clutch (1), a spider plate (27) supporting at least one planet shaft of a planetary gearset (26), the spider plate (27) at least partially defining a pressure balance space (15) of the dynamic pressure balance of said servo mechanism (10);
- the spider plate (27) is non-torsionally connected with the disc carrier (3) and is axially fixed to said disc carrier (3), via a locking element (31), in a manner such that the servo mechanism (10) is prestressed against the disc carrier (3) by the axial fixing of the spider plate (27);
- and
- said locking element (31) is radially secured by an embossing (30) of said spider plate (27) for axial fixing spider plate (27) to said disc carrier (3), the embossing (30) extends in a radial direction of said locking element (31) outwardly from said locking element (31).
