Monoazo dyes

A compound or a mixture of compounds of the formula (I)

• where R1 is
• where
• X is a chlorine or fluorine atom, and
• R2 is hydrogen;
• a C1-2-alkyl radical or a C1-2-alkyl which is substituted by one or more radicals from the group —OH, —NH2or —COOH,
• R3 is a C5-6-cycloalkyl radical;
• a C1-2-alkyl which is substituted by one or more radicals from the group —OH, —NH2, —COOH and —SO3H;
• -A-SO2—B:
• where
• A is a C2-4-alkylene group;
• a C2-4-alkylene group which may be interrupted by one or more heteroatoms elected from the group consisting of —O—, —NR4— and —SO2— or a phenylene group;
• wherein R4 is as defined below;
• B is —CH═CH2 or —CH2—CH2-Z, where Z is any group that is detachable by alkali;
• R4 is hydrogen or a C1-4-alkyl radical;
• or
• R2 and R3 may be combined with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded to form a hetero ring of 6 atoms in which an additional heteroatom from the group consisting of O, N and S may be incorporated.
