A compound of Formula (I)

• wherein
• R1 is hydrogen or (C1-C4)alkyl;
• R2 is hydrogen, —C(O)R2a, —C(O)—(CH2)n—R2b, or —(CH2)m—R2c, where n is 0, 1 or 2, m is 0, 1, 2 or 3, R2a is (C1-C4)alkyl or halo-substituted (C1-C4)alkyl, and R2b and R2c are —NH(C1-C4)alkyl, —N((C1-C4)alkyl)2, pyridinyl, hydroxy(C1-C4)alkyl, phenyl, or piperidinyl;
• R3 is (C1-C6)alkyl;
• and
• X is carbonyl or methylene;
• a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a prodrug of said compound or said salt, or a solvate or hydrate of said compound, said salt or said prodrug.
