Abstract
The present invention is directed to a method for determining the effect of each of a plurality of test agents on cells from a subject, and a method to profile patient cell responses to test agents.
Claims7
An automated method for determining the effect of each of a plurality of test agents on cells from a subject comprising:
- a) obtaining cells from said subject;
- b) sequentially combining each of a plurality of samples comprising said cells with one or more of said test agents to form each of a plurality of test mixtures in a computer controlled apparatus;
- and
- c) sequentially directing each of said plurality of test mixtures through a detection zone in said apparatus, said detection zone being capable of detecting the effect of said agents on said cells.
