Abstract
Phospholipase C delta 5 (PLCD5) polypeptides and polynucleotides an methods for producing such polypeptides by recombinant techniques are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods for utilizing phospholipase C delta 5 (PLCD5) polypeptides and polynucleotides in diagnostic assays.
Claims4
An isolated polypeptide having phospholipase C delta 5 activity, selected from a group consisting of:
- (a) a polypeptide encoded by a polynucleotide comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 3;
- (b) a polypeptide comprising a polypeptide sequence having at least 95% identity to the polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4;
- (c) a polypeptide consisting of a polypeptide sequence having at least 95% identity to the polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4;
- (d) a polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4;
- and
- (e) a fragment of the polypeptides in (a) to (d), having phospholipase C delta 5 activity.
