Abstract
The invention relates to a radiation image conversion panel comprising a substrate having thereon a stimulable phosphor layer and a protective layer. The stimulable phosphor layer is provided on the substrate by a vapor-phase deposition method. Further, a construction including the substrate and the protective layer has a flexibility.
Claims22
A radiation image conversion panel comprising a substrate having thereon a stimulable phosphor layer and a protective layer,
- wherein the stimulable phosphor layer is formed on the substrate by a vapor-phase deposition method so that the stimulable phosphor layer has a columnar crystal structure, and a construction including the substrate and the protective layer has a flexibility.
A method for producing a radiation image conversion panel, comprising the steps of:
- forming a stimulable phosphor layer on a substrate by a vapor-phase deposition method so that the stimulable phosphor layer has a columnar crystal structure, and
- sealing the stimulable phosphor layer by superposing a protective layer on the stimulable phosphor layer, wherein a construction including the substrate and the protective layer has a flexibility.
