A novel soybean cultivar, designated 0149928, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar 0149928, to the plants of soybean 0149928 and to methods for producing a soybean plant produced by crossing the cultivar 0149928 with itself or another soybean variety. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds and plants produced by crossing the cultivar 0149928 with another soybean cultivar.

A seed of soybean variety 0149928, wherein a sample of seed of said variety has been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-5734.
A tissue culture of regenerable cells of soybean variety 0149928, wherein the tissue culture regenerates soybean plants expressing all the physiological and morphological characteristics of the soybean variety 0149928 and wherein a sample of the seed of said soybean variety 0149928 has been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-5734.
A method of producing soybean seed, comprising crossing a plant of soybean variety 0149928 with itself or a second soybean plant, wherein a sample of the seed of said soybean variety 0149928 has been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-5734.
