- administering to a subject a pharmaceutical composition that includes a substantially purified 15-epi-lipoxin compound in which the absolute configuration at the 15 carbon is R;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A method for antagonizing a vasoconstrictive response to a sulfidopeptide leukotriene in a subject, comprising:
- administering to a subject a pharmaceutical composition that includes a substantially purified 15-epi-lipoxin compound in which the absolute configuration at the 15 carbon is R;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
