Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for releasing a ligand from a complex of the ligand with an endogenous protein using a releasing agent.
Claims3
A method for releasing a ligand from a complex with endogenous proteins, said method comprising contacting a medium suspected of containing said complex with an effective amount of a compound of the formula:
- wherein R1 is alkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen or alkyl;
- X is O, S or N;
- n is 1 when X is O or S and n is 2 when X is N;
- and m is 1 or 2.
