Abstract
Deodorants and antiperspirants comprising aluminum chlorohydrates according to the formula I Al2(OH)nClz (I) where n is a number between 4.5 and 5.1 and z is a number between 1.5 and 0.9 and n+z is always 6, with an iron content of less than 20 ppm, preferably less than 10 ppm, based on the dry substance.

A deodorant or antiperspirant comprising an aluminum chlorohydrate according to the formula I
- Al2(OH)nClz (I)
- where n is a number between 4.5 and 5.1 and z is a number between 1.5 and 0.9 and n+z is always 6, wherein said aluminum chlorohydrate has an iron content of less than 20 ppm on a dry basis.
