Natural rubber master batch, production method thereof, and natural rubber composition

A natural rubber master batch produced by:

• a step for mixing a natural rubber latex, which contains non-rubber components and has had its amide linkages cleaved, and an aqueous slurry having been dispersed with at least one filler selected from the group consisting of carbon black, silica and an inorganic filler represented by the following Formula I:
• nM1.xSiOy.zH2O (I)
• wherein M1 is at least one member selected from the group consisting of metals of aluminum, magnesium, titanium, calcium and zirconium, oxides of the preceding metals, hydroxides of the preceding metals, hydrates of the preceding oxides and hydroxides, and carbonates of the preceding metals;
• n is an integer of 1 to 5;
• x is an integer of 0 to 10;
• y is an integer of 2 to 5;
• and z is an integer of 0 to 10;
• and a step for coagulating the resulting mixture.

A natural rubber composition comprising (A) a natural rubber containing a non-rubber component which is obtained by cleaving amide linkages of a natural rubber latex and (B) silica and/or a inorganic filler represented by the following Formula I:

• nM1.xSiOy.zH2O (I)
• wherein M1 is at least one member selected from the group consisting of metals of aluminum, magnesium, titanium, calcium and zirconium, oxides of the preceding metals, hydroxides of the preceding metals, hydrates of the preceding oxides and hydroxides, and carbonates of the preceding metals;
• n is an integer of 1 to 5;
• x is an integer of 0 to 10;
• y is an integer of 2 to 5;
• and z is an integer of 0 to 10.
