Abstract
A novel soybean cultivar, designated S010345, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar S010345, to the plants of soybean S010345 and to methods for producing a soybean plant produced by crossing the cultivar S010345 with itself or another soybean variety. The invention, further relates to hybrid soybean seeds and plants produced by crossing the cultivar S010345 with another soybean cultivar.

Seed of a soybean variety designated S010345, representative seed having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-5903.
A method of introducing a desired trait into soybean cultivar S010345 comprising:
- (a) crossing the S010345 plants, grow from seed deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-5903, with plants of another soybean line that comprise a desired trait to produce F1 progeny plants, wherein the desired trait is selected from male sterily, herbicide resistance, insect resistance and resistance to bacterial, fungal or viral disease;
- (b) selecting F1 progeny plants that have the desired trait to produce selected F1 progeny plants;
- (c) crossing the selected F1 progeny plants with the S010345 plants to produce first backcross progeny plants;
- (d) selecting for first backcross progeny plants that have the desired trait and physiological and morphological characteristics of soybean cultivar S010345 to produce selected first backcross progeny plants;
- and
- (e) repeating steps (c) and (d) three or more times in succession to produce selected fourth or higher backcross progeny plants that comprise the desired trait and all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of soybeaan cultivar S010345 as described in the Variety Description Information and as determined at a 5% significance level when grown in the same environmental conditions.
