Abstract
A toothbrush comprising a resilient element, said resilient element comprising an elastomer into which is incorporated an abrasive, characterized in that the abrasive is perlite.
Claims12
A toothbrush comprising:
- (i) a brush head comprising a bristle bearing surface from which extend bristles and a resilient element extending upstanding from the bristle bearing surface, said resilient element comprising an elastomer into which is incorporated an abrasive which is perlite;
- and
- (ii) a handle attached at one end thereof to the brush head.
A method of whitening the teeth by brushing with a toothbrush comprising a resilient element, said resilient element comprising an elastomer into which is incorporated an abrasive, characterized in that the abrasive is perlite.
