Abstract
In a low-amplitude driver circuit of the present invention, a P-channel MOS transistor is provided between the output signal line to be driven and the internal power supply line, and control is performed so that this P-channel MOS transistor turns on when the low-amplitude driver circuit outputs a high level (Vcc-Vtn). As a result, the output signal line substantially does not float at or above Vcc-Vtn.
Claims9
A semiconductor circuit comprising:
- a plurality of signal lines;
- an internal line;
- and
- a plurality of drivers, each of which is responsive to a corresponding one of input signals for driving a corresponding one of said signal lines;
- said drivers being operatively connected in common to said internal line so that each of said driver makes a current path between said internal line and a corresponding one of signal lines in response to said corresponding one of said input signals.
