Abstract
The invention relates to peptides which bind to MHC Class I and to MHC Class II molecules. These peptides are useful in different therapeutic and diagnostic contexts.
Claims9
A composition comprising a first polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 7, and at least one other polypeptide, the amino acid sequence of which is set foth at SEQ ID NO:
- 4, 5 or 6.
An isolated peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4.
An isolated polypeptide which binds to an MHC-Class II DR53 molecule, wherein said polypeptide consists of an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 or 13.
A composition comprising a mixture of at least two of the polypeptides defined by SEQ ID NOS:
- 8, 9 and 10.
A composition comprising:
- (i) a first polypeptide, the amino acid sequence of which consists of the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 7, and
- (ii) at least one additional polypeptide, the amino acid sequence of which consists of the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 8, 9 or 10.
