Abstract
The present invention relates to a multiple beamforming processor formed with an integrated circuit in which a plurality of beams can be formed simultaneously.
Claims23
A multiple beamforming circuit device comprising:
- a plurality of sensors;
- and
- a plurality of beamforming circuits, each sensor having a corresponding beamformer circuit including a control circuit having time multiplexed delays that controls delay for a plurality of beams, a timing circuit, a summing circuit and a sequentially addressed memory that stores delay signals for the plurality of beams.
A multiple beamforming circuit device comprising:
- a plurality of sensors;
- a plurality of beamforming circuits, each sensor having a corresponding beamformer circuit including a control circuit that controls delay for a plurality of beams, a timing control circuit and a summing circuit;
- a system controller in communication with the plurality of beamforming circuits for controlling flow of a plurality of control signals;
- and
- a memory in communication with the system controller, the memory circuit having separate storage locations that store delay signals for each of the plurality of beams.
