Information recording/reproducing apparatus

An information recording/reproducing apparatus for recording information on an information medium,

• receiver for receiving a command for unloading the information medium to the outside, wherein the information recording/reproducing apparatus determines whether the information medium is to be unloaded,
• evaluator for judging whether unloading of the information medium is allowed, wherein only when judging that unloading of the information medium is allowed, the information recording/reproducing apparatus allows the information medium to be unloaded, and when judging that the unloading of the information medium is not allowed, the information recording/reproducing apparatus rejects the unloading of the information medium, and
• a memory for storing history relating to recording of information on the information medium,
• wherein when recording information on the information medium, the information recording/reproducing apparatus records in the memory the fact that the information has been recorded on the information medium, and
• when receiving a command for unloading the information medium to the outside, in the case where a history indicating that information has been recorded on the information medium requested to be unloaded is found in the memory, the evaluator judges that the unloading of the information medium is not allowed, and in the case where the history is not found, the evaluator judges that the unloading of the information medium is allowed.

• receiver for receiving a command for unloading the information medium to the outside, wherein the information recording/reproducing apparatus determines whether the information medium is to be unloaded,
• evaluator for judging whether unloading of the information medium is allowed, wherein only when judging that unloading of the information medium is allowed, the information recording/reproducing apparatus allows the information medium to be unloaded, and when judging that the unloading of the information medium is not allowed, the information recording/reproducing apparatus rejects the unloading of the information medium, and
• a memory for storing history relating to recording of information on the information medium,
• wherein when information to which a signal indicating that copyright protection is required had been added has been recorded on the information medium, the information recording/reproducing apparatus records in the memory the fact that information whose copyright is to be protected has been recorded on the information medium, and
• when receiving a command for unloading the information medium to the outside, in the case where history indicating that information whose copyright is to be protected has been recorded on the information medium requested to be unloaded is found in the memory, the evaluator judges that the unloading of the information medium is not allowed, and in the case where the history is not found, the evaluator judges that the unloading of the information medium is allowed.
