- a first access device for communicating current condition data relating to said monitored condition of said boat gathered after said monitor period has expired for storage to the electronic storage means for evaluating the monitored condition of the boat;
- and
- a second access device for enabling a user to obtain said baseline inspection data and said current condition data from the electronic storage means.
A method for enabling a user to monitor a boat through an electronic data network, said method comprising the steps of:
- (a) performing a baseline inspection of said boat;
- (b) inputting the results of said baseline inspection of said boat into an electronic storage medium accessible through the data network;
- (c) performing a second inspection of said boat at a time after said first inspection;
