Abstract
A compound of formula (I): wherein: R1 represents hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy, X represents oxygen, sulphur or NR wherein R represents hydrogen or alkyl, A represents any one of the groups described in the description, their isomers and addition salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base and medicinal products containing the same are useful as metalloprotease inhibitor.

A compound of formula (I):
- wherein:
- R1 represents hydrogen, halogen, linear or branched (C1-C6)alkyl or line or branched (C1-C6)alkoxy,
- X represents oxygen wherein R represents hydrogen or linear or branched (C1-C6)alkyl and,
- A is selected from the following groups:
- wherein Ra is selected from hydrogen, halogen, linear or branched (C1-C6)-alkyl and linear or branched (C1-C6)alkoxy,
- wherein Rb and Rc, which may be identical or different, represent hydrogen or linear or branched (C1-C6)alkyl, and n is 0, 1 or 2, and
- its isomers, N-oxides, and addition salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base.
