Abstract
A novel soybean cultivar designated M800188 with high yield potential and tolerance to Roundup herbicide, further including the plants and seeds of the cultivar M800188, and methods for producing a soybean plant by crossing the cultivar M800188 with itself or another soybean plant. The invention also relates to soybean cultivar M800188 further comprising one or more single gene traits, and to methods of producing a soybean having such traits by transformation or mutagenesis. The invention also includes using the soybean cultivar M800188 to produce other soybean cultivars or breeding lines.

Seed of soybean cultivar designated M800188) representative seed of said soybean cultivar having been deposited under ATCC Accession NO:
- PTA-4851.
A method for producing a M800188-derived soybean plant, comprising:
- a) crossing inbred soybean line M800188, representative seed of which have been deposited under ATCC Accession No:
- PTA-4850, with a second soybean plant to yield progeny soybean seed;
- and
- b) growing said progeny see to yield said M800188-derived soybean plant.
