Abstract
Methods for increasing yields of regulatory T cells, useful, e.g., in transplantation contexts. Use of antigen presenting cells and anti-CD28 are also described.
Claims13
A method of obtaining a regulatory T cell, comprising contacting a naive CD4+ T cell with a stimulatory signal and an appropriate amount of a combination of Vitamin D3 and Dexamethasone, wherein the regulatory T cell produces essentially only IL-10.
