Disclosed is a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite body, characterized in that the inner region of the carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material is doped with silicon boride.

A carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite body, wherein the inner region of the carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material is doped with silicon boride.
A carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite body, wherein a covering layer impregnated with SiB4 or SiB6, is formed on the surface of the carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material.
A carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite body, wherein a calcium boride layer forming an oxidation resistant film consisting of at least one of CaB4O7 and CaB2O4 during oxidation is formed on at least the surface of the carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material.
A carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite body, wherein a layer consisting of at least one of CaB4O7 or CaB2O4 having a Cr2O3 added thereto is formed on the surface of the carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material.
