Cylindrical product

A cylindrical shaped product made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:

• an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material;
• a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination
• layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus;
• a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• and
• a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• wherein said cylindrical shaped product being formed with up to 30 mm wall thickness by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material being laid up at ±100 and ±850 with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product, said cushioning composite being laid up at ±45° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.

A cylindrical shaped product having a wall thickness of 15 to 50 mm made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:

• an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material;
• a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus;
• a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• and
• a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite being laid up at ±170 with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.

A cylindrical shaped product having a wall thickness of 15 to 50 mm made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:

• an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material;
• a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination
• layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus;
• a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• and
• a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material being laid up at ±10° and ±85° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product, and said cushioning composite being laid up at ±45° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.

A cylindrical shaped product having a wall thickness of 30 to 42 mm made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:

• an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material;
• a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus;
• a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• and
• a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite being laid up at ±17° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.

A cylindrical shaped product having a wall thickness of 30 to 42 mm made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:

• an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material;
• a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus;
• a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• and
• a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material;
• wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material being laid up at ±10° and ±85° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product, said cushioning composite being laid up at ±45° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.
