Abstract
A health supplement composition is disclosed. The health supplement composition contains a solid health supplement material that is separated from a soy molasses material. The soy molasses material is derived from a soy material selected from soy flour, soy flakes, soy grit, or soy meal. The solid health supplement material contains at least two isoflavones where one of the isoflavones is either glycitein or glycitin.

A health supplement composition comprising a solid material separated from a soy molasses material that is derived from a soy material selected from the group consisting of soy flour, soy flakes, soy grit and soy meal, wherein said solid material contains at least two isoflavones, where at least one of said isoflavones in said solid material is glycitein, and where said solid material is a health supplement.
A health supplement composition comprising a solid material separated from a soy molasses material that is derived from a soy material selected from the group consisting of soy flour, soy flakes, soy grit and soy meal, wherein said solid material contains at least two isoflavones, where at least one of said isoflavones in said solid material is glycitin, and where said solid material is a health supplement.
