Abstract
Methods of inhibiting growth of cancer cells and treating cancer in a patient by administration of a vector expressing pRb2/p130 are provided.
Claims9
A method of treating a tumor in a patient comprising administering a vector encoding pRb2/p130 directly into the tumor of the patient, wherein said administering inhibits growth of said tumor.
