Claims3
A cosmetic composition comprising (a) cinnamic acid, in an amount effective to stimulate the synthesis of the skin's total lipids, said amount ranging from 10−6 percent to 0.01 percent relative to the total weight of the composition, (b) β-naphthoxyacetic acid, and (c) a cosmetically acceptable carrier.
A cosmetic composition comprising (a) cinnamic acid, in an amount effective to stimulate the synthesis of the skin's total lipids, said amount ranging from 10−3 percent to 0.01 percent relative to the total weight of the composition, (b) β-naphthoxyacetic acid, in an amount ranging from 10−3 percent to 0.01 percent relative to the total weight of the composition, and (c) a cosmetically acceptable carrier.
