A trailer for hauling equipment, comprising:
- a base frame having a front and a rear;
- an axle coupled to said base frame;
- an upper frame having a front and a rear and having a length greater than said base frame said upper frame pivotably coupled to said rear of said base frame, said front end of said upper frame extending beyond the front end of said base frame;
- and
- a towing tongue coupled to said front of said upper frame.
