The riser sections are stackable. The cover has a channel end to removably connect to a riser section. The cover has stowable handles and posts extending from a bottom surface that define wells open at a top surface which fit into the wells of another cover. A bracket is disclosed to releasably secure and position a cover with attached riser section on a concrete form wall.

- a wall defining a top and a bottom surface,
- a channel end depending from said wall and extending below the bottom surface of said cover which includes depending walls, defining between them, a channel adapted to receive the upper end of a riser section and a second channel adapted to receive the bosses and ribs of a riser section wherein projections are spaced about said second channel positioned to align with the bosses of a riser section.
A cover for an access riser section having a sidewall with an upper end and a plurality of vertical bosses and vertical ribs extending along the inner surface of the sidewall, said cover comprising:
- a wall defining a top surface and a bottom surface,
- a channel end depending from said wall which includes walls defining a channel adapted to receive the upper end of a riser section, and a second channel adapted to receive the bosses and ribs of a riser section,
- wherein projections are spaced about said second channel positioned to align with the bosses of a riser section.

- wherein said second channel is defined by a wall having slots spaced about said wall, and said slots have a length that is less than the length of said wall between said slots and said slots are sized to permit said channel end to receive the bosses and ribs of a riser section.
A cover and access riser section combination,
- said riser section having a single sidewall with an upper end and an inner and outer surface, and
