A method of treating ocular conditions in mammals selected from the group consisting of vernal keratoconjunctivitis, giant papillary conjunctivitis, and atopic keratoconjunctivitis which comprises administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of a composition comprising an H1 antagonist and a safe steroid.
