Abstract
The present invention provides a process of printing using a single fluid lithographic printing ink that includes a continuous phase and a discontinuous polyol phase.
Claims19
A printing method, comprising steps of:
- providing in a fountain of a lithographic printing press an ink composition comprising
- a continuous phase comprising a solution of an acid-functional vinyl resin and
- a polyol phase comprising a liquid polyol;
- lithographically printing the ink composition on a substrate, wherein the phases do not separate in the fountain.
