A process for the production of a pharmaceutical preparation, comprising spraying levothyroxine sodium and optionally liothyronine sodium, in suspended form in aqueous gelatin solution, onto a filler(s) in a fluidized bed granulation, admixing a disintegrant and lubricant and compressing the mixture to give tablets.
