Personal defense device

A personal defense device, comprising:

• an elongated, electrically non-conducting, hard, rigid, generally cylindrical, hollow tube having a handle end and an electrical discharge end opposite said handle end;
• first and second electrodes extending from said electrical discharge end of said tube;
• and
• redundant, dual flex electrical circuitry disposed within said tube, for increasing voltage to a high level for selectively producing an electrical discharge of stunning intensity from said electrodes.

A personal defense device, comprising:

• an elongated, electrically non-conducting, hard, rigid, generally cylindrical, hollow tube having a handle end and an electrical discharge end opposite said handle end;
• first and second electrodes extending from said electrical discharge end of said tube;
• electrical circuitry disposed within said tube, for increasing voltage to a high level for selectively producing an electrical discharge of stunning intensity from said electrodes;
• a master switch controlling said electrical circuitry selectively producing the electrical discharge;
• and
• a normally closed, momentary contact switch disposed in series with said electrical circuitry, whereby release of said momentary contact switch activates said electrical circuitry for selectively producing the electrical discharge, when said master switch is on.
