A process for producing developable structural parts made from fibrous composites, which comprises:
- applying at least two layers of a resin-impregnated fabric and at least two layers made from resin-saturated or resin-free wound threads, yarns, ravings or ribbons onto a shaping temporary mandrel winding each layer of thread, yarns, ravings, or ribbons with a greater thread tension than a previously wound layer of threads, yarns, ravings or ribbons, to form a structural part having an outer ply formed of the wound threads, yarns, ravings or ribbons;
- and
- treating the structural part by a step selected from the group consisting of curing;
- curing and carbonizing;
- and curing, carbonizing and graphitizing, after the winding step.
