Abstract
A canola cultivar designated 45A54, plants and seeds of the 45A54 canola cultivar, methods for producing a canola plant produced by crossing the 45A54 cultivar with itself or with another canola plant, and hybrid canola seeds and plants produced by crossing the 45A54 cultivar with another canola line or plant are provided.

A canola seed designated 45A54, representative seed of said canola variety 45A54 having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-4337.
A method for producing a first generation (F1) canola variety 45A54 progeny canola plant, comprising:
- (a) crossing canola variety 45A54, representative seed of said canola variety 45A54 having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-4337 with a second canola plant to yield progeny canola seed;
- and
- (b) growing said progeny canola seed, under plant growth conditions, to yield said first generation (F1) canola variety 45A54 progeny canola plant.
