Abstract
A structure includes a film having a pair of opposed surfaces wherein the film is liquid impermeable and electrically charged and an arrangement carried by the film and having first and second compartments separated from one another by a rupturable wall. First and second compositions are disposed in the first and second compartments whereby the rupturable wall may be ruptured to permit mixing of the first and second compositions.

A structure, comprising:
- a film having a pair of opposed surfaces wherein the film is liquid impermeable and electrically charged;
- an arrangement carried by the film and having first and second compartments separated from one another by a rupturable wall;
- and
- first and second compositions disposed in the first and second compartments whereby the rupturable wall may be ruptured to permit mixing of the first and second compositions.

A structure, comprising:
- a film having a pair of opposed surfaces wherein the film is liquid impermeable and electrically charged;
- an arrangement disposed on the film and having first and second compartments separated from one another by a rupturable wall;
- first and second compositions disposed in the first and second compartments whereby the rupturable wall may be ruptured to permit mixing of the first and second compositions and thereby create a byproduct;
- and
- a cover layer secured to the film such that the arrangement is captured between the cover layer and the film.
