Abstract
A rolling assembly formed of a tire P, a narrow rim J, the width of which is at most equal to 50% of the maximum axial width of the tire inflated to its operating pressure, and two connecting elements or adapters A which form the join between the mounting rim J and the beads of the tire P. The adapters A are formed of reinforced rubber mixes which are elastically deformable at least in both the radial and axial directions.

A rolling assembly, comprising:
- a tire P having beads;
- a narrow mounting rim J, the axial width of which is less than the axial spacing between the tire beads and at most is equal to 50% of the maximum axial width of the tire inflated to its operating pressure;
- and
- two connecting adapters A formed of reinforced rubber mixes which are elastically deformable at least in both the radial and axial directions, said adapters A forming the connection between the mounting rim J and the beads of the tire P.
