Low stress relaxation elastomeric materials

An article to be worn adjacent to a person's body, the article comprising

• an elasticized portion comprising
• a low stress relaxation elastomeric film comprising
• an elastomeric layer having opposed first and second surfaces;
• and
• at least one less elastomeric skin layer substantially continuously joined to the first surface of the elastomeric layer, the elastomeric layer comprising:
• a) from about 20 to about 80 wt % of an elastomeric block copolymer, the copolymer comprises from about 10% to about 80% by weight of a hard block derived from vinylarene monomers, and from about 20% to about 90% by weight of a soft block derived from olefinic monomers;
• b) from about 3 to about 60 wt % of at least one vinylarene resin having a glass transition temperature from about 58° C. to about 180° C.;
• and
• c) from about 5 to about 60 wt % of a processing oil;
• wherein a permanent set of the skin layer is at least about 20% greater than a permanent set of the elastomeric layer, and the elastomeric film has a stress relaxation of less than about 20 percent at 200% elongation and room temperature and a stress relaxation of less than about 45 percent after about 10 hours at 100° F. and 50% elongation.
